- Agent 기획 · 기능 요구 정의 및 성과(KPI) 관리 총괄
- 스프린트 목표·DoD 수립, 백로그 우선순위 및 일정 관리
- 자동화율·고객 활용률 등 핵심 지표 모니터링 후 개선 사이클 주도
- 내부 이해관계자·Agent Cell 간 커뮤니케이션 및 리소스 조율
🤖 자격 요건
- 제품/프로젝트 PM 경력 3년 이상 — KPI 설계·데이터 기반 의사결정 경험
- AI/ML 또는 SaaS 서비스 기획·출시 경험
- 애자일 스프린트 운영·조직 적응력 및 문서화 능력 (Notion 등)
- 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
☄️ 우대 사항
- LLM·Generative AI 제품 기획·운영 경험
- 건축·인테리어 또는 B2B SaaS 도메인 이해
- 영어 커뮤니케이션 및 글로벌 서비스 협업 경험
